How to secure your organisations external communications?

Secure external communications are a critical part of every business.

In toady's digital first world the people and companies your business interacts with demand your organisation uses a secure messaging and file transfer system.

Businesses can no longer rely on email alone for electronic communications, whilst email is a wonderful tool it was created over 40 years ago and in 2019 still has the following issues:

  • Security - emails can be intercepted in transit and can not be considered secure
  • Identity verification - emails can be easily faked using "phishing" so they appear to come from the real owner but are actually sent by an unscrupulous third party
  • File size - emails were never designed to send large files and most systems will only allow you to send around 20MB of attachments
  • No Cloud integration - today everyone uses cloud storage such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox but emails do not seamlessly integrate with these services
  • No way to retract a message after it has been sent
There are many options available to send files and messages which are superior to email in their own unique ways but none that solve ALL the challenges referenced above. This is why we created Connected "Secure communication made simple".

Connected allows you to send and receive files up to 5000MB securely with individuals external to your organisation.

Connected integrates with your cloud storage such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox allowing you to both send files from those services and receive files into those services.

If you do not currently use any of those cloud services it also works independently providing a complete secure messaging and file transfer solution for your organisation.

One of the biggest barriers to adopting a solution other than email for file transfer is ease of use and that is why we designed Connected from the ground up to be as easy to use as email.

We understand that when it comes to technology users take the path of least resistance and this can lead to data breaches and security issues.

To discover just how easy Connected is to use take a completely free test drive - no credit card - no commitment, you will be up and running in one minute.
